Once you move from managing and controlling to coaching and developing, the team becomes a strong cohesive unit, moving towards an effective outcome.

1 Day Workshop - $2,425.00 for up to 10 participants and $328.00 for each additional person.
There is a 25 participant limit at any one time.2- Day Workshop - $3,660.00 for up to 10 participants and $428.00 for each additional person. There is a 25 participant limit at any one time.
1 Executive can attend for free and is not included in the numbers above.

Transportation and Lodging
On Going Private Coaching - once your managers have had the coaching skills training, retaining the information and applying it becomes up to 70% more likely if they have on-going private coaching to support the training.
2 - one hour sessions per month for three months
$475 per participant.
This is a discounted fee only for workshop participants and includes all 6 sessions.
